Sangon Biotech offers chemicals packaged in commonly used laboratory sizes ready to ship. If you need bulk quantities, and sizes are not offered in this catalogue, please inquire. We will offer you very competitive prices, as Sangon Biotech is the original manufacturer of most products and services.

Pricing

Our prices are current at the time of release of the catalogue. Due to changes beyond our control, including unexpected fluctuation of the cost of raw materials, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Sales taxes, if applicable, are extra to the listed prices.

Terms & Conditions

Net 30 days. All prices in Catalogue are stated in US dollars. Products are intended for vitro research or laboratory use only and are not to be used for in vivo purposes.

Shipping and Shipping Charges

We take great care of choosing best shipping methods for each order. Most orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx. Transportation regulations require special handling for most hazardous chemicals, the cost of which will be added to your invoice.

Returns

All returns must be authorized by Sangon Biotech and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please call or write for an authorization number. All items approved for return must be in unused and resalable condition. We reserve the right to inspect them before issuing credit. They must be returned within 60 days of your receiving them. Return shipments of hazardous material must be packed and labeled to meet DOT regulations. All shipping documents must meet DOT regulations.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If it shows any external damage, accept it only after the driver has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the delivery receipt and you have requested an inspection by the carrier. If, upon opening a shipment, you find damage, you must request inspection by the carrier within 24hrs of delivery or you may relinquish your right to make a claim.

Warranties and Liabilities

Our products are warranted to meet the stated product specifications and to conform to the description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, Sangon Biotech will indemnify the buyer against loss by them in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Recommended storage conditions must be observed.

Every product offered by Sangon Biotech is intended for use only by qualified professionals, the burden for safe use in handling of our chemicals rests entirely with the user. The user must determine suitability of a product for a particular use. We can not assume responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of any information supplied by us in regard to the hazards or recommended use of these chemicals.

Sangon Biotech assumes no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense, either consequential or incidental, including but not limited to damage or injury to person or property, arising from or related to the use of these products.

Sangon Biotech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
