Storage condition Lyophilized in vial containing glycine and calcium as stabilizer.? Properties summary Chromatographilly purified to remove RNase and Protease. Lyophilized in vials. Each 2,500 unit vial contains 0.5 mg glycine, 0.5 umole calcium, and >2,500 units of DNase I. Dissolving the entire 2,600 units vial in 1.25 ml, or the entire 10,000 unit vial in 5 ml, provides the equivalent of 1 mg/ml solution.
